The chrome-lined barrel resists corrosion from various ammunition types and environmental exposure. The bulged trunnion strengthens the receiver at its most critical stress point.
Practical Considerations
This rifle suits shooters seeking a straightforward, maintenance-friendly platform. The 7.62x39 cartridge delivers moderate recoil and proven stopping power. The walnut furniture provides a traditional aesthetic while remaining fully functional. Whether you're exploring AK-pattern rifles or adding to an existing collection, the ZAPM70 offers solid engineering at a reasonable price point.
