Browning Citori CX 12-Gauge 30" Walnut Shotgun
Versatile 12-gauge over-under designed for trap, skeet, sporting clays, and hunting. Features 30" barrels, walnut stock, gold accents, and Browning's proven Citori reliability in a crossover platform.
The Versatile Shotgun for Every Game
The Browning Citori CX represents a thoughtful approach to shotgun design—one gun that performs admirably across trap, skeet, sporting clays, and field hunting without compromise. This is the practical choice for shooters who want to compete in all three major clay target games without purchasing multiple firearms.
Design and Handling
The Citori CX weighs 8 pounds 3 ounces and measures 47 inches overall, making it manageable for a full day afield or at the range. The 60/40 point-of-impact is optimized for both hunting and clay target sports, giving you genuine versatility rather than a gun that merely tries to do everything.
Mechanical Excellence
Browning's engineering philosophy shines through in every detail:
- Transverse-mounted full-width tapered locking bolt engages a full-width tapered recess in the rear barrel lugs for maximum strength and longevity
- Full-width hinge pin extends completely across the receiver for superior durability
- Chrome-plated chambers resist corrosion and the wear of thousands of rounds
- Hammer ejectors automatically eject fired shells and elevate unfired rounds for easy removal
- Inertia trigger system with three selectable trigger shoe profiles allows you to customize your finger position
Performance Features
- Vector Pro lengthened forcing cone and back-bored technology reduce recoil and improve shot patterns
- Invector-Plus choke tube system with three extended Midas Grade tubes provides flexibility for different shooting scenarios
- Inflex Recoil Pad II manages recoil effectively
- Ivory bead sight with mid-bead for precise aiming
- Barrel selector lets you choose which barrel fires first with the single trigger
Finish and Aesthetics
The blued barrels and steel receiver are complemented by gold enhancements and a gloss-finished Grade II American walnut stock. This is a gun that looks as good as it performs.
The Citori CX is built for shooters who value craftsmanship, reliability, and the freedom to pursue their sport without limitation.
