Leupold VX-R Rifle Scope: Precision Optics for the Serious Shooter
The Leupold VX-R represents a thoughtful evolution in rifle scope design, combining proven optical principles with modern conveniences. This 3-9x40mm scope delivers the versatility serious hunters and sport shooters demand.
Optical Performance
The VX-R's Index Matched Lens System with blackened lens edges reduces light diffusion, delivering a brighter sight picture with superior contrast. The Twilight Light Management System ensures you maintain clarity in low-light conditions—those critical moments at dawn and dusk when game is most active.
Illumination System
The FireDot reticle features eight intensity levels, allowing you to match the illumination to prevailing light conditions. Push-button activation puts control at your fingertips.
Smart Battery Management
Leupold's Motion Sensor Technology (MST) automatically deactivates the reticle illumination after five minutes of inactivity. The moment you move the rifle, the system springs back to life—no fumbling with switches when the moment matters.
