Leupold VX-1 4-12x40mm Rifle Scope, Matte

Leupold VX-1 Rifle Scope: Proven Performance for Hunters and Marksmen

The VX-1 represents Leupold's commitment to delivering reliable optical performance without unnecessary complexity. This 4-12x40mm scope strikes an excellent balance between magnification range and light-gathering ability, making it suitable for hunting and target shooting across varied distances and conditions.

Optical Excellence

Multicoat 4 Lens System — Leupold's proprietary multi-coated lens design maximizes light transmission while minimizing glare and reflections. This means brighter, clearer images in low-light conditions and reduced glint that could compromise your position in the field.

Generous Eyebox — The wide eyebox accommodates various head positions and shooting styles, reducing the need for precise eye alignment. This is particularly valuable when shooting from unconventional positions or in cold weather when you're wearing heavier clothing.

Mechanical Reliability

• 1/4 MOA Finger Click Adjustments — Windage and elevation turrets offer absolute repeatability and dependability. Each click represents one-quarter inch of adjustment at 100 yards, allowing precise zero and holdover calculations.
• One-Inch Maintube — Standard diameter ensures compatibility with most modern scope rings and mounts.
• Aircraft-Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum — Durable construction that withstands recoil and field use without compromising optical alignment.
• Waterproof and Fogproof — Sealed construction with nitrogen fill prevents internal fogging and moisture intrusion.

User-Friendly Features

Fast-Focus Eyepiece with Lockable Ring — Quickly achieve sharp reticle focus and lock it in place to prevent accidental adjustment during use.

Tactile Power Selector — Smooth, positive magnification changes with clear detents.

Included Lens Cover — Bikini-style protection keeps optics clean and protected in storage or the field.
