Why the Taurus 850?
This revolver excels in concealed carry applications. Its compact profile and lightweight construction make it ideal for pocket carry or inside-the-waistband holsters. The .38 Special cartridge delivers proven stopping power with manageable recoil, making it suitable for both experienced shooters and those new to firearms.
The shrouded hammer eliminates snags on clothing during the draw, while the double-action-only trigger provides consistent trigger control. Fixed sights mean there's nothing to break or adjust—just point and shoot when it matters most.
