Bergara Premium Barreled Action in 7 PRC

This is a serious piece of rifle engineering designed for shooters who demand both precision and practicality. Bergara has built a complete barreled action that serves as an excellent foundation for a custom hunting rifle or long-range precision build.

Key Features

• Caliber & Barrel: 7 PRC chambering with a 22-inch No. 4 contour barrel
• Material: 416 stainless steel in raw stainless finish
• Twist Rate: 1:8 twist for optimal stabilization of high-ballistic-coefficient 7mm projectiles
• Weight: 4.2 pounds—light enough for mountain hunting, stiff enough for accuracy
• Fluted Design: The fluted contour reduces weight without sacrificing barrel stiffness, making it ideal for varied shooting distances and rugged terrain
• Muzzle Threading: 5/8x24 threaded muzzle with included thread protector; compatible with muzzle brakes and suppressors
• Scope Mount Pattern: Remington 700 footprint with 8-40 threading

Why This Matters

The 7 PRC is a modern magnum cartridge that delivers flat trajectories and excellent energy retention at distance. This barreled action pairs that capability with a weight-conscious design that won't wear you down on a long day in the field. The fluted barrel is the key—it sheds pounds while maintaining the rigidity needed for consistent accuracy.

Whether you're building a custom rifle or upgrading an existing platform, this barreled action gives you a proven, ready-to-go foundation with minimal gunsmithing required.
