Bergara B14 Ridge Special Purpose .308 Winchester
Bergara has earned its reputation as one of the world's finest barrel manufacturers, and the B14 Ridge rifle brings that same precision to an affordable hunting platform. Built in Spain using advanced manufacturing techniques and an unwavering commitment to quality, this rifle delivers the accuracy serious hunters demand.
Design & Action
The Ridge features Bergara's proprietary B14 action—a smooth, two-lug system with a sliding plate extractor and coned bolt nose and breech. This design ensures reliable feeding and extraction every time. The curved trigger is factory-set to approximately three pounds and delivers a crisp, clean break.
Barrel & Accuracy
The Special Purpose model features an 18-inch barrel with a No. 5 taper, threaded 5/8-24" with thread protector included. This compact length makes the Ridge ideal for hunting in tight cover while maintaining the velocity needed for ethical big-game hunting. The barrel is precisely manufactured to Bergara's exacting standards.
Stock & Handling
A molded synthetic stock made of glass fiber-reinforced polymer provides durability and weather resistance. The SoftTouch finish offers a secure grip in all conditions. Overall length is 37.5 inches, and the rifle weighs just 7.2 pounds—manageable for all-day hunting.
