The 16.4-inch barrel features deep spiral fluting that reduces muzzle weight while maintaining rigidity and accuracy. The barrel arrives threaded (1/2x28) with a factory-installed Ruger Hybrid Muzzle Brake, ready for suppressors or other accessories.

The one-piece bolt is CNC machined from stainless steel with the familiar three-lug design and 70-degree throw, providing ample scope clearance and smooth operation. An oversized bolt handle makes positive manipulation effortless.

Accuracy and Ergonomics

Ruger's patented Power Bedding integral bedding block system positively locates the receiver while free-floating the barrel—a proven formula for outstanding accuracy. The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger offers a crisp release with user-adjustable pull weight between 3 and 5 pounds, allowing you to dial in the exact feel you prefer.

A three-position tang safety locks the bolt and prevents inadvertent opening while allowing the rifle to be loaded with the safety engaged.

Stock and Comfort

The Flat Dark Earth splatter-finished synthetic stock provides excellent grip without being sharp or abrasive. A soft rubber recoil pad features a large radius on the heel for easy shouldering and progressive collapse that reduces felt recoil. The low comb improves sight alignment with magnified optics but can be removed for low-mounted sights. Adjustable length of pull ranges from 12 to 13.75 inches, accommodating different shooters and clothing layers.

Durability and Finish

Professionally applied Cerakote coating on the barrel, muzzle brake, receiver, and bolt handle provides a durable, easy-to-maintain finish that resists corrosion and wear. Factory-installed steel sling swivel studs and a one-piece Picatinny scope base complete the package.
