Barrel and Action
The 16.1" medium contour barrel features deep spiral flutes that reduce muzzle weight while maintaining the stiffness necessary for consistent accuracy. Cold hammer-forged construction ensures ultra-precise rifling and exceptional longevity. A factory-installed Ruger Hybrid Muzzle Brake with radial ports helps manage recoil while the 5/8x24 thread pattern accommodates standard suppressors and muzzle devices.
The one-piece bolt is CNC machined from stainless steel with the familiar three-lug design and 70-degree throw, providing ample scope clearance and smooth operation. An oversized bolt handle ensures positive manipulation in any condition.
Trigger and Safety
The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger offers a crisp, predictable release with user-adjustable pull weight between 3 and 5 pounds—allowing you to dial in the exact feel you prefer. The three-position tang safety locks the bolt while permitting the rifle to be loaded with the safety engaged.
Stock and Ergonomics
The Flat Dark Earth splatter-finished synthetic stock provides excellent grip without sharp edges. Adjustable length of pull ranges from 12" to 13.75" via removable spacers, accommodating shooters of different builds. The low comb improves sight alignment with magnified optics and can be removed for low-mounted sights. A soft rubber recoil pad with progressive collapse geometry reduces felt recoil and improves shouldering.
