Sierra MatchKing 6mm 110gr HPBT Rifle Bullets

Sierra MatchKing 6mm 110-Grain HPBT Bullets

Shooters worldwide have come to trust Sierra's MatchKing line for uncompromising accuracy and extreme long-range performance. The 6mm 110-grain HPBT represents the pinnacle of precision bullet design, engineered for competitive shooters and serious long-range enthusiasts.

Design Features

Ballistic Excellence

• Sleek 27-caliber elongated ogive maximizes ballistic coefficient
• Final meplat reducing operation (pointing) enhances wind resistance and velocity retention
• Unique bearing surface to ogive junction uses a 1.5-degree angle matching common match rifle chamber throats for precise bullet-to-bore alignment

Performance Characteristics

• Record-setting accuracy across competitive shooting disciplines
• Optimized for long-range target shooting and precision rifle competitions
• Requires a barrel twist rate of 1:7" or faster

Important Considerations

MatchKing bullets are purpose-built for target shooting and precision applications. While commonly used for varmint hunting, they are not recommended for most hunting applications due to their design. They will not provide the same reliable explosive expansion on game compared to Sierra's purpose-built hunting bullets like the Hornet, Blitz, or Varminter lines.
