Performance Characteristics
The 1:8 twist rate is the established standard for 6.5 Grendel, providing stable flight for the full range of available ammunition from 100-grain to 130-grain projectiles. The 18-inch length delivers practical velocity while maintaining a handy overall rifle profile—ideal for shooters who value both performance and maneuverability.
The Gunner profile strikes a practical balance: heavier than pencil barrels for improved heat management and accuracy, yet lighter than bull profiles for easier handling. This makes it well-suited for shooters building a versatile rifle for sport shooting, hunting, or general marksmanship practice.
