Charles Daly 202AE Over/Under Shotgun

The Charles Daly 202AE represents a time-tested approach to shotgun design—a straightforward, reliable over/under that handles the demands of the field without unnecessary complexity.

Key Features

• Gauge & Chamber: 12-gauge, 3-inch magnum chamber
• Barrel Configuration: 28-inch barrels with ventilated rib
• Receiver Finish: Silver receiver with blued barrel finish
• Ejection System: Extractor mechanism for positive shell removal
• Action Type: Traditional over/under break-action design

Performance & Handling

The 28-inch barrel length strikes an effective balance between sight radius and maneuverability, making this shotgun equally at home in upland fields or at the clay range. The ventilated rib aids in sight picture and helps manage recoil perception through improved heat dissipation.

The extractor system is straightforward and reliable—spent shells are lifted clear of the chamber for easy removal, a proven design that requires minimal maintenance.

Practical Considerations

This is a gun built for shooters who value function over flash. The silver and blued finish combination provides a classic appearance while the robust construction ensures years of reliable service. Whether you're introducing a new shooter to the sport or adding a dependable field gun to your collection, the 202AE delivers honest performance.
