Barrel and Action

The 20-inch medium contour barrel features deep spiral flutes that reduce muzzle weight while maintaining barrel stiffness and accuracy. A factory-installed radial port muzzle brake is cold hammer-forged for ultra-precise rifling. The threaded barrel accommodates suppressors or other muzzle devices, giving you flexibility for your shooting setup.

The one-piece bolt is CNC machined from stainless steel with the familiar three-lug design and 70-degree throw, providing ample scope clearance and smooth operation. An oversized bolt handle makes positive manipulation easy, even with gloved hands.

Accuracy and Control

The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger offers a crisp release with user-adjustable pull weight between 3 and 5 pounds—you set it to your preference. The patented Power Bedding integral bedding block system positively locates the receiver and free-floats the barrel for outstanding accuracy.

Three-position tang safety locks the bolt while allowing the rifle to be loaded with the safety engaged. This intuitive design prevents inadvertent bolt opening.

Stock and Ergonomics

The gray splatter synthetic stock provides excellent grip without sharp edges. A soft rubber recoil pad features a large radius on the heel for easy shouldering and progressive collapse geometry that reduces felt recoil. The installed low comb improves sight alignment with magnified optics but can be removed for low-mounted sights. Adjustable length of pull ranges from 12 to 13.75 inches to fit different shooters.

Finish and Durability

Professionally applied Cerakote coating on the barrel, muzzle brake, receiver, and bolt handle creates a durable, easy-to-maintain finish that resists corrosion and wear.
