Barrel and Action

The medium contour barrel is cold hammer-forged for ultra-precise rifling and exceptional longevity. Deep spiral flutes reduce muzzle weight while maintaining barrel stiffness—a smart engineering choice that improves balance without sacrificing accuracy. The threaded 5/8x24 muzzle accommodates suppressors or other devices, and a factory-installed radial port muzzle brake is included.

The one-piece bolt is CNC machined from stainless steel with the familiar three-lug design. The 70-degree throw provides ample scope clearance for quick cycling, while the oversized bolt handle ensures positive manipulation even with gloved hands.

Trigger and Safety

The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger offers a crisp, predictable release with pull weight adjustable between 3 and 5 pounds—you set it to your preference. The three-position tang safety locks the bolt and prevents inadvertent opening while allowing the rifle to be loaded with the safety engaged.

Stock and Ergonomics

The green splatter-finished synthetic stock provides excellent grip without sharp edges. The installed spacer system allows length of pull adjustment from 13.75" down to 12", and the low comb improves sight alignment when using magnified optics. A soft rubber recoil pad with progressive collapse geometry reduces felt recoil.

Accuracy and Bedding

Patented Power Bedding integral bedding block system positively locates the receiver and free-floats the barrel for outstanding accuracy. A factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope base is ready for your optics.

Finish

Professionally applied Cerakote coating on the barrel, muzzle brake, receiver, and bolt handle provides a durable, easy-to-maintain finish.
