Barrel and Action

The heart of this rifle is its cold hammer-forged, medium-contour barrel with spiral fluting and factory-installed radial port muzzle brake. This precision-engineered barrel delivers exceptional accuracy through ultra-precise rifling and is threaded (11/16x24) for easy suppressor or muzzle device installation. The one-piece bolt is CNC machined from stainless steel with Ruger's familiar three-lug design and a 70-degree throw that provides excellent scope clearance and smooth operation.

Ergonomics and Control

Stock and Comfort: The gray splatter-finished synthetic stock provides excellent grip texture without sharp edges. The soft rubber recoil pad features a large radius heel for easy shouldering and progressive collapse technology that reduces felt recoil. Length of pull is adjustable from 12" to 13.75" using removable spacers, allowing customization for different shooters.

Safety and Trigger: The intuitive three-position tang safety locks the bolt while allowing the rifle to be loaded with the safety engaged. The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger offers a crisp release with user-adjustable pull weight between 3 and 5 pounds.
