Kicks Gobblin' Thunder Benelli 12GA .640 Choke

Premium Turkey Hunting Performance

The Kicks Gobblin' Thunder is a purpose-built turkey choke designed to transform your Benelli 12-gauge into a dedicated turkey hunting tool. This choke has earned its reputation through multiple competition victories, including two-time wins at the NWTF still target shoot and Ladies Open Competition.

Advanced Ported Design

The Gobblin' Thunder features a distinctive conical parallel design that combines traditional constriction with a parallel section roughly 1 inch in length. This engineering approach maintains consistent constriction where it matters most.

The choke's directional diagonal ports are angled at 135 degrees away from the shooter, which accomplishes several important goals:

• Reduced side blast — Unlike conventional 90-degree ports, this angle minimizes muzzle blast in tight quarters like duck blinds and trap fields
• Wad stabilization — The sharp forward inside edge created by the port design grabs and slows the wad, promoting faster separation from the shot column
• Cleaner patterns — By separating wad from shot earlier, you get tighter, more consistent patterns unaffected by wad interference
• Lower recoil — The ported design reduces felt recoil and muzzle jump, enabling faster and more accurate follow-up shots
• Self-cleaning ports — The design resists fouling, keeping ports clear throughout your hunt

Practical Field Design

The external ported section extends approximately 1¾ inches from the muzzle and remains unobtrusive during shooting. The choke fits standard factory-threaded Benelli barrels and easily converts mild-mannered bird guns into specialized turkey hunting weapons.

Whether you're hunting spring gobblers or fall turkeys, the Gobblin' Thunder delivers the pattern consistency and handling characteristics serious turkey hunters demand.
