Kicks Gobblin Thunder 12GA Browning Invector Plus .670

Premium Turkey Choke Tube Design

The Kicks Gobblin Thunder represents decades of refinement in shotgun choke tube engineering, specifically optimized for turkey hunting applications. This tube transforms standard 12-gauge shotguns into dedicated turkey hunting tools.

Distinctive Conical Parallel Design

Unlike conventional choke tubes, the Gobblin Thunder features a conical parallel construction that combines a traditional cone of constriction with an extended parallel section of approximately 1 inch. This parallel section maintains constant constriction, delivering superior pattern consistency and reliability.

Directional Diagonal Port Technology

The tube's signature feature is its directional diagonal porting system:

• Port Angle: Positioned at 135 degrees away from the shooter, minimizing side blast and recoil
• Sharp Forward Edges: The outward angle creates a sharp inside edge that stabilizes and slows the wad
• Faster Wad Separation: Results in cleaner shot patterns unaffected by wad interference
• Reduced Muzzle Jump: Enables faster, more accurate follow-up shots
• Low-Maintenance Ports: Angled design prevents fouling and stays clear during use

Proven Performance Record

The Gobblin Thunder has earned its reputation through competition success, including multiple National Wild Turkey Federation still target shoot victories and Ladies Open Competition wins. The tube's effectiveness in converting factory-threaded 10 and 12-gauge barrels into specialized turkey hunting weapons is well-documented.

Practical Advantages

The external ported section extends approximately 1¾ inches from the muzzle and remains visually unobtrusive during shooting. The reduced side blast makes this tube particularly valuable in close-quarters hunting situations such as duck blinds and trap fields.
