Kicks Gobblin Thunder 12GA Remington Choke .665

Proven Turkey Hunting Performance

The Kicks Gobblin Thunder choke tube has earned its reputation the hard way—with multiple wins at NWTF still target competitions and Ladies Open events. This is a choke tube that delivers results when it matters most.

Advanced Porting Design

Kicks employs a distinctive conical parallel design that sets their chokes apart from conventional options. The cone of constriction is coupled with a parallel section roughly 1 inch long where the constriction remains constant. This engineering approach creates superior shot column control.

The signature directional diagonal ports angle outward at 135 degrees from the shooter's position. This geometry accomplishes several critical functions:

• Sharp forward edges grab, stabilize, and slow the wad for faster separation from the shot column
• Cleaner patterns unaffected by wad interference
• Reduced muzzle jump and recoil for faster, more accurate follow-up shots
• Minimal side blast ideal for close-quarters hunting situations like duck blinds and trap fields
• Self-cleaning ports that resist fouling

Practical Specifications

Designed for 12-gauge shotguns with Remington factory threading, the Gobblin Thunder features a .665 constriction. The external ported section extends approximately 1¾ inches from the muzzle and remains unobtrusive during shooting.

This choke tube transforms standard 10 and 12-gauge shotguns into dedicated turkey hunting specialists without requiring barrel modifications.
